Taste the best of Kansas City at Taste at The Place, our beloved happy hour fundraising event that raises crucial funds for The Children’s Place’s work in the children’s mental health field. Hundreds of friends gather on the grounds of The Children’s Place to enjoy samples from local food and drink vendors, shop from craft vendors and more.

Become a Tastemaker

The Children’s Place is seeking 20 individuals or duos to act as the faces of Taste at The Place and raise at least $2,500 for children’s mental health. As a Tastemaker, you will get to lead the party, celebrate with friends and family, and make a major impact in the lives of children and families in Kansas City. Last year’s Tastemakers raised a combined total of more than $43,000!
