Fore The Kids Foundation
For 15 years now, Fore The Kids Foundation has been a lifeline for Kansas City children, raising more than $7 million for children’s health. Fore The Kids established Nick’s Voice in 2017 to shift the focus of their work to address the mental health crisis in our community, and since 2019 they have supported The Children’s Place’s work in the specialized field of mental health services for children ages eight and younger.
Fore The Kids has donated nearly half a million dollars to The Children’s Place over the last five years. Through an annual fall golf tournament and other events throughout the year, Fore The Kids has stepped up for the important mission of mental health for the youngest in our community. In 2023 alone, they donated $200,000 to The Children’s Place!
“Fore The Kids has been such a generous supporter of children’s mental health in our community and a vital partner for The Children’s Place,” said Ann Thomas, President & CEO of The Children’s Place. “Their unwavering dedication to mental health for the youngest in our community has changed the life trajectories of so many children while also inspiring other philanthropists in our community to take part in this important movement.”
