Position: Clinical Director of Day Treatment Services
The Children’s Place in Kansas City is now hiring for the full-time position of Clinical Director of Day Treatment Services.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the mental health, speech and occupational therapy treatment within the Day Treatment program
- Collaborate in close partnership with the Early Education Director to provide operational leadership for the multidisciplinary Day Treatment team
- Serve as an advocate and mentor for staff to ensure trauma-responsive services are integrated into all aspects of the program
- Actively participate in quality improvement and agency leadership efforts.
- Use client and staff feedback to inform program improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current Missouri clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
- Approved clinical supervisor in discipline
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience
